Zane T. Cagle
now practices exclusively in the litigation areas of personal injury, FELA claims, railroad injuries, Jones Act, Maritime Law, transportation accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, worker’s compensation, and defective products. Mr. Cagle recently returned to the Saint Louis area after practicing law in the U.S. Virgin Islands. However, he still handles matters in the U.S. Virgin Islands from time to time.

While in the U.S. Virgin Islands Mr. Cagle was in-counsel for HOVENSA L.L.C., one of the largest oil refineries in the world. While at HOVENSA, Mr. Cagle’s primary practice fields were personal injury, employment law, and transactions.

Mr. Cagle graduated from Central Missouri State University and received a B.S. in Safety Management and Industrial Hygiene. Mr. Cagle earned his law degree from Washington University in Saint Louis, where he was a member of the Environmental Moot Court and Environmental Moot Court Board.

Presently, Mr. Cagle is licensed as an attorney in good standing in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Missouri, and Illinois. Mr. Cagle has handled cases in both Federal and State courts. Mr. Cagle is a member of the American Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, Illinois Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
